  • i'm not really sure as far as diet goes. mostly just watch calories and eat less processed food. try too cook more at home rather than going through a drive through you know? exercise, so far i'm just trying to get in the habbit of walking my dogs for about an hour or better a day. i have a gym membership too but i'm a little intimidated by that.
