Hi Everyone. I have been lurking on/off for months. I have lost about 15 pounds since January....quit drinking....but now am drinking again, so I am going to have to severely limit something to avoid going back to my old body/weight....food calories or alcohol calories.... I know what the smart choice is

, but I am not so confident in my ability to adhere to the right choice. Anyway, that's my story....sad as it is. I am married and a mom of 2 (3 if you count the husband of 14 years). I am in an emotional rut and not sure how to get out :-(
