    Shredded wheat w/semi-skimmed milk 3.5pts

    Snack - Snack a jacks 2pts

    Lunch - Lentil Soup 2.5pts
    3 slices of dry ww bread 1.5pts
    ww cookies 1.5pts

    Snack - Fruit & fibre bar 1.5pts

    Dinner - Pasta w/tomato sauce and veggies 10pts

    Dessert - Fresh strawberries with Splenda sprinkled on top - 1pt

    Total - 26pts (used 1pt from early in the week)
