Hi all you losers!! I was hoping this might be the help Iam looking for. I am ready to be a big loser, but I need someone who is going through the same thing. I lost 60 lbs. 2 years ago and the second I went off my lifestyle change it started coming back. I am a diabetic and just went to the doctor and did I catch ****. My sugar is out of control,Ifeel terible and am avoiding mirrors again.Ifelt 100% better when I lost the weight, now I feel ick! and have for a long time. I started back on my Leslie Sansone yesterday, its just trying to get my hunger in check. I remember last time how great it felt when I beat the hunger and eating was something to fuel up on. So I am going to follow along and hopefully I can get unspired.I live in Kansas City , am 49, love cats and gardening. nice to meet everyone!

I guess it wasn't really a "lifestyle change"... But this time you can make it different! I don't need to tell you that your life depends on it, what with the diabetes.
