YOU: On a Diet Food Plan - April 20th 2007

  • Breakfast:
    Steel cut oats
    1 scoop protein powder
    Apple
    splash of milk
    Coffee w/milk

    Lunch:
    Leftover stuffed pepper - w/ground beef and brown rice filling and tomato sauce ( I didn't eat this yesterday - went out for sashmi instead)

    Snack:
    Breyer's Light yogurt

    Dinner:
    Not sure yet.... I forgot to take chicken out of the freezer this morning!

    Snack:
    2 Kashi TLC cookies
    Milk

    Water: Currently 5 glasses
  • I already got my 40 min workout in today, it feels so great to know I got it in for the day!

    B 1 egg scrambled w/ neumans own black bean salsa
    1/2 ww english muffin toasted w/ all fruit wild blueberry spread

    s small orange

    L grilled chicken on romaine w/ galeos ceasar dressing

    s dannon natural yogurt w/ wheat germ & flax sprinkled on top

    D stuffed peppers?

    s apple w/ string cheese

    Cupcake Today would have been my mom's birthday. WE took cupcakes to the cemetery.

    Salad
    Good Seasons dressing
    Tortilla pizza w/ pepperoni

    Grapefruit

    I don't know. Will probably go out to dinner. I should call around and find somewhere that has Stuffed Peppers on the menu. LOL

    OK I ended up going out for Mexican tonight. I got chicken fajitas. I ate 2 and some of the rice and beans. I had about 5 chips and salsa and Iced Tea.
