I thought I might save myself a point today for lunch, but can't find info on the points in a deli roll vs 6". Anyone have info?

Deli Style Roll - cal 150 fat 2.5 fuber 1 or 3 points

check out this site: www.dottisweightlosszone.com she has Subway listed under her restaurants and it shows that the deli sandwiches are about 1 point lower but check out the site, it is really great.
