My Challenge for April

  • From now until end of April, I commit to:
    4 weekly workouts (more is fine!)
    Tracking my water
    Fat-free yogurt daily (I need more calcium)


    My weight loss goal:
    3 pounds by May 1
    7 pounds by the end of May

    I'll let you know how the week goes.

    Anyone else want to post a goal?
  • But you're already 4 pound past your goal.... I understand the goals to work out and eat well, but why are you still setting weight-loss goals?
  • Well, I think I need to adjust my ticker! (I'm actually at 133 now, and would like to be below 130; ideally at 127-128).
