ABOUT HALF WAY THERE (maybe)

  • Maybe a couple pics will motivate someone, like looking at pics does for me!! It was hard to find a before pic...SINCE I never let anyone take any pics of me!.....Its a little dark and it was taken this past Oct. probably weighing about 195lbs...Actually gained a little bit more and then around Dec. enough was enough and I got into eating healthy....I've lost about 36lbs so far and would like to loose 20-30 more...DEFINITELY need to loose about 12lbs more to be considered a BMI of healthy weight. In the after pic I just snapped it and I'm wearing my FAVE sz 10 jeans...these are so comfy and actually I think make me look thin.

GOSH posting the pics are kinda scary...Better look now before I loose my nerve and pull them down...LOL NAHH!!!

  • Hey, great job! That's a very noticeable difference. I gain/lose first in the upper body, too. Keep up the good work!
  • WOW, what a difference!! You look great!!!
  • Look at you...don't you look great!!! Awesome job on the weightloss!! You are doing a great job. Keep up what you're doing and you'll hit your goal in no time. Thanks for posting. i've got to find a picture of me at my highest and post it with a new picture of me now. Thank you for having the guts to post the pics. It does help keep us motivated that we too can lose the weight!!!
  • You look fantastic. I hope you are very proud of yourself. I thought I was getting closer to goal. Until I went to the Doctor's on Friday and he said my goal should be 135 not 155. Oh well 20 more lbs. then I thought. I can do it.
  • Wtg!!!
  • I can see a huge difference. It looks like you've lost more than 36 lbs. I started South Beach during the last week in Oct. and have lost 34 lbs. The pics are great motivation for others. Thanks for posting.

I was just wondering, how tall are you?
