Hello and new to join :)

  • Hi Everyone,
    my name is Katie and Im 27 yrs old. I guess you could say I battled with my weight for some time. When I started this weight loss journey, I thought it would take longer than what it did for the way I had my kids back to back. The first week of my new lifestyle change, I had a doubt that I would be able to stick with it considering the amount of stress I was under. I'm one of those people that had tried just about every diet available. I was a sweet tooth and late night junky eater!!! I saw no possible solution for staying away from this. Oh how I tried and once again slipped back into "junk" mode.
    At my highest weight, I was 185 pounds. Seeing a 4'10" midget, pudgy and fat like the michelin man was not a happy site for me. My goal is 95-100 pounds, but Ive stuck to maintain at 110 pounds. I am much healthier and active than what I used to be.

  • WOW great weight loss..... After trying many diets like I think all of us do....... What finally worked for you????
  • I drink lots of water whether it is plain or with a lemon in it. I do not drink anything like juice or soda. I do not eat after 7:30pm and if I do eat after this time it is usually a piece of fruit(since it reminds me soo much of candy) lol.
  • Sounds good... Ive been drinking lots of water or crystal light...Ive been trying to stick with not eating late myself becuase I was a really bad late night snacker.... Thanks for sharing!
