    Breakfast:
    PC Multigrain Instant Oatmeal
    1 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar
    1 T Soy Protein Powder
    1 T Ground Flax Seed
    1/2 c Bolthouse Green Goodness Smoothie
    1 c 1% Milk

    Snack:
    Banana
    Almonds

    Lunch:
    Turkey Vegetable Soup
    Salad w/Balsalmic Vinegarette

    Snack:
    Fat Free Activia Yogurt
    Berries
    Swwet & Salty Almond Granola Bar


    Dinner:



    Water: Currently 2 glasses
  • Had to go out last night and was very good ....I turned to my neighbours and yakked the whole night. I was given a tiny piece of birthday and ate it without guilt cuz i didnt stuff my face all night....drank one tiny glass of punch. Im proud of myself....today was another gathering and shower,,,ate soup and half a sandwich after church,,no cake this time,,,and at shower ate another half of sandwich ,,,,,again no cake!! wahoo

    Foot Long hot dog with coney sauce
    onion rings
    Cherry coke

    Dinner
    I'm not even hungry. I think I'll have a bottle of water and a banana since they are getting over ripe on the counter.

    I'll be making a HUGE YOU-turn in the morning.
