Swwet & Salty Almond Granola Bar
Dinner:
Water: Currently 2 glasses

Had to go out last night and was very good ....I turned to my neighbours and yakked the whole night. I was given a tiny piece of birthday and ate it without guilt cuz i didnt stuff my face all night....drank one tiny glass of punch. Im proud of myself....today was another gathering and shower,,,ate soup and half a sandwich after church,,no cake this time,,,and at shower ate another half of sandwich ,,,,,again no cake!! wahoo
