'How did you do' Thread for Saturday 14th April

  • I did fine - food was good, exercise was 'sufficient' - water could be a little better but I find it hard to drink if I don't feel I want it.

    How did everyone else do yesterday?

  • I could have done better, with it being good weather we sat outside with some food and a bottle of wine which was not good, and did no exercise. Made soup this monring to fill myself up today so that I dont over eat again today. Which should hopefully make up for the bad day I had yesterday.
  • Did okay until the evening, then the chocolate struck, sigh! Have given myself a good pep talk.
  • Not very well I had two penguins at about 1am. I really must stop drinking.
  • Bearing in mind I was still clutching red wine and champagne at 3.30, I think you can guess...
  • Exercise went well yesterday (was sooo dead afterwards!) but I did have takeaway...

    Still, all in all minus the slight calf muscle injury (just pulled it a bit) it's going ok.

    Today (Sunday) I've managed to be good food wise and get some exercise in, but at the same time making sure my leg doesn't get any worse. I think it's getting better so it shouldn't set me off course too much.
