nov 13 success thread

  • i had a over carb day but i am not sure how many i have had total

    b-can f tuna
    l-chilli with chese and sour cream
    d-meat loaf and some butternut squash not much, and 4 triscuts.

    no PB!!
    supps yea
    exercise yes 40 min on the oliptical and hit 650 cals then 100 crunches with the weight machine!!
  • Tuesday was day 7 for me.

    B - 2 boiled eggs
    L - 3.8 oz baked chicken breast basted w/butter & cumin
    D - none

    Water - 169 oz

    No dinner or exercise which is bad, but life got in the way.

  • Did pretty good Monday and Tuesday. Here is Tuesday

    B-2 pieces bacon / 1 egg in butter / 3 decaf
    L-salad & piece of leftover bacon
    D-salad (about 4 cups) sauteed steak in peppers

    Supplements-yes
    Water - about 112 ozs
    Excercise- floor scrubbing, etc. (at least it's movement)

    CAD basically but for now eliminating as many carbs as I can in my reward meal. I really think I've been abusing it and not watching the portions. So, JHP, your words have stuck with me being "an all or nothing" kind of person. So for the time being, no potatoes, etc., at least five meals out of seven!
