Fabulous Friday Menu



  • Here is my plan for today

    BF - oatmeal with splenda and 1T raisins, banana
    lunch - chicken soup, egg salad on lite bread, yougurt
    snack - apple or pear
    dinner - buffalo burger on lite roll, tomato/cuke salad
    snack - frozen fruit/berries.
  • Paula do you do your own buffalo burgers? We go to Ted's Montana Grill and I love them. I wish I could replicate them at home.
