Week 3- Weight Falls to the Falls

  • hmmmm no one posted this week for the challenge,,come on ladies..we cant fall over the falls now.....lets get back on track..we can ALL do this!!!


    start weight- 318
    currant wieght - 289 -.5 for the week
  • I gained .6
  • Start: 204
    1st Weigh-In: 202.2
    2nd Weigh-In: 201.2
    3rd Weigh-In: +1.2
    4th Weigh-In: 200.8
    Goal: 199

    At least I managed to lose what I gained last week, plus a couple of ounces!
  • It's actually week 4 - final week - final weigh in next thursday!

    I am doing awful - unless the challenge was to gain weight? in which case I'm doing okay!

    Started as 212 and today I am up to 213.2 - NOT GOOD! My new goal is to try to get back to where I started by next week - wish me luck!

    I just realized that if I can lose 1 pound by next week I'll meet my goal. Whoa!!! I think that would be a first.

  • Well I lost .8, which puts me at exactly 200, 1# away from my Falls goal. Who knows, by the time that the challenge is over on Thursday maybe I'll have dropped a few ounces.
