This is funny I thought you had a question about the Taunton/Bridgewater section of Massachusetts.

I swear all our towns are named after towns in England. I grew up in Reading, I think there is one over there, right next to a town called Wakefield, I think there is one of those too.

That's because of all the founding fathers being English! There's a Whitby and Scarborough too.... I haven't found a Darlington in the US yet - I must google!

Edit: Oh yes, Darlington South Carolina!

There's a Cambridge and a Worcester in England and Massachutes as well.
