  • Ok here we go guys.....

    Lets keep track of our exercise... even if it is only 5 minutes , Feel proud and write it here, You are gonna be suprised to see that even a little adds up to a whole lot in time



    Monday- walked 20 minutes on treadmill
    and rode bike for 15 minutes 3.5 miles

    Lets get our board a moving ladies!!!!

    Lower body work out 45 min
    Ab routine 20 min
    30 min light jog-treadmill (not light for me!!!)
    FREE FOR THE REST OF THE DAY!!!
  • 25 minutes---- 5 minutes at a time
  • Walked two miles.
  • Tuesday
    Ok now guys lets keep up the awsome work here

    Walked 1 miles and 1/4
    and rode the stationary bike for about 20 minutes (5 miles)

  • Abs - 15 min.

    Upper body - 40 min. (Tricepts, I'll find you yet!)

    Walked to mall - 1.3 km
  • Tuesday's Workout!
    I am feeling the great vibes also. I am going to join you ladies.

    Yesterday I walked 4 1/2 miles and walked on a hilly road.

    Today I walked 3 miles and that included the same hilly road.

    Keep up the great work ladies. We are getting into shape now.

    Walked 1 1/2 mile so far but am planning one more mile after supper

  • I have been walking everyday this week. I have not missed a day and I feel great for it. I am still doing the hills and I feel a difference for sure. I am going to keep it up.

    I am walking 3 miles a day now but for wednesday I walked in the mall and I walked from 10:15am until 7pm. My feet hurt so much but at least I got in walking right. It was more walking then I had done for one day so I was sore but I was fine the next day.

    I did walk my 3 miles on the hilly road today. That is the only way I will be walking from now on.

  • Yesterday was 30 min but today only 20. I have had a bad headache all day.It eases up for awhile and then comes back
