Hi all! Ive been lurking for a while and I think this is a great and supportive forum! Ive seen some real transformations and I really admire you gals! Ive been consistently gaining weight over the course of 5 years due to personal drama in my world!! I became an insomniac who pigged out at nite!! my favorite companions were cupcakes and coke!! hence my excess weight. I need to lose about 30 pounds to be at my ideal weight for me. I have been reading up and trying to follow the clean eating way...its a little hard with my love for processed fatty foods! anyway I hope to draw some knowledge, support and maybe even some friends here! thanks all!

What is your current weight/height now & age, and what are your goals? That helps a lot in helping us to help you (boy, that was a lot of "help" in that last sentence ~ but with getting to & maintaining a healthy weight, we need every bit we can get! )

Im 5'5 and weigh 175. I wish to become toned and lose fat! I love to see women with some muscle and definition rather than just skinny. (thats just me) Im pretty curvy (a nice way of saying big butt!) like I said, Im tryint to "eat clean" based on tosca reno's book "eating clean" about 6 meals a day (small) with the protein/carb/fat thing...im not really good at it yet although I lost 8 lbs in 1.5 weeks after I started. I havent really been with consistent with exercise though.
