I've been MIA..need to get back in control....

  • I have been very bad and have gone the wrong way. I have been so far off course it isn't funny. I have gained 6 lbs from my beginning weight. I need a kick in the butt(literally).

  • But, you came back here and that is always a start in the right direction! Glad to see you posting again!
  • Ok, you've made the first step back to recovery!! You're back here, posting. Here's where you start. No beating yourself up for past behavior!

    Keep posting and keep reading!!
  • Welcome back! Don't look back...just keep moving forward.
  • Ok, bend over... Here comes your kick.... LOL.

Seriously, it's only been a month off plan. What you gained is probably a lot of water weight, so you'll lose that quickly. Just start over and act like that lapse never happened. Welcome back!!!
  • Welcome back! You are here now and that's all that matters!
  • Welcome back Jen.
  • Jen,

Hey! I recently rejoined too. I remember you! I'm glad to see you. Welcome back, and keep posting. My big mistake was staying off the boards.

    Hugs,
    Sherry
  • Thanx everyone...

And welcome back to you too Sherry. I think that is my problem too, not continually posting on the board and coming to the board regularly.
  • back!
  • Welcome back! I remember you too. Definitely posting regularly (even when we're not doing so well) is a big help for many of us. How are you doing?
  • I am somewhat stressed(doc upped my Paxil from 30 mg to 45 mg) and I don't sleep well(but then again haven't slept well for a very long time). I just feel tired and dragging my butt around all day every day.
  • Nice to have you back. That draggy butt feeling is not so much fun. I hope you will be feeling better soon. Staying on plan for just a little bit even should help you to feel better. Glad to see you taking a step in the right direction. Good luck.
  • Sorry to hear that, Jen.

But I'm very glad you're here!
