I started my weight loss journey 2 years ago, I have hit two major plateaus during those two years and have learned that I enjoy the size I get to and when the time is right, I get re-motivated and start the loss again. This time though I have something to work for, my first sprint-triathlon
That all said, I know that this last stretch is going to be by far the hardest. I've lost 5 pounds in the last two weeks and now that the cravings are far less I'm stepping up the vegetable and fruit intake as well as the gym time.
