I was wondering if flaxmeal is allowed in phase 1? I went over the bood last night and did a search today hoping I would not have to ask. I see someone adds it to the cookies and one response was they were not sure if it is allowed.

Sorry, I went over to the yahoo group and see it is allowed. So off to make some muffins. If they turn out with my level 1 adjustments I will post recipe.They would probably be level 2 as they need baking soda and powder. After the holidays I want to kick start my self. Kathy
