Has anyone else been using the Prevention series of DVD's. I love them all! You get a great workout in a short period of time. Some of the DVD's even have the workouts broken into 10 minute segments. One of the newer vidoes is a personal training video where you choose what you want to get from the workouts ie. lose weight, get healthy, tone up etc. and it is set up to get you results. The other great part is the videos are done by Chris Freytag who keeps a blog and gives alot of inspiration through it.
I use the videos at home in addition to going to a gym to do cardio for 45 minutes to an hour.
