Ready to lose 20 lbs or so. Hoping I can find some buddies in the same boat on Weight Watchers. I've had 17 points today and 5 are left - going for some WW dessert. So far so good. BUT it's just the first day! The goal is to exercise at least 5 out of 7 days.
I just can't wait until next Saturday weighing in on the first week... once I get seven days under my belt... it's much easier for me.
