I joined WW today

  • Ready to lose 20 lbs or so. Hoping I can find some buddies in the same boat on Weight Watchers. I've had 17 points today and 5 are left - going for some WW dessert. So far so good. BUT it's just the first day! The goal is to exercise at least 5 out of 7 days.

    I just can't wait until next Saturday weighing in on the first week... once I get seven days under my belt... it's much easier for me.

  • Welcome! I think WW is a great program and I've lost 46 lbs. thus far on program. Just follow the plan and try to get some exercise in and you'll do great! Enjoy your first week OP!
  • I agree, welcome in! I started WW 8-8-06, and have lost 73 pounds so far. Do your best to stay on plan and get some movement in and you'll drop those 20 pounds in no time! Good luck!
