Hi. I'm new and would really like to have a buddy in this forum. I have never posted on stuff like this before except for the other messages I have posted today. I hope to meet lots of buddies here. I have over 100 pounds to lose and need all the support I can get.

I am new here also. I need to lose weight as well and it is so hard and there are many days I get depressed and I know this is why I yell at my children so much. I would love to have some weight loss buddies too. I really need to do something and I need support.

Me too! It sounds as though this site is a great place for support and encouragement. It is a one day at a time journey for sure and small successes add up. Good luck chunkymomma!

I hope I get to know each and every one all of these Sisters in Christ! It is exciting! isn't it? All of this support! It is a real blessing for sure!
Don't feel bad about having to lose 100 pounds, I got 350 + to lose and I am just getting started too! So I know I will be here for the long haul and I will be here for you and support you and love you. Jesus has made so many changes in me, I am so happy to be here to serve him one more day.

Thanks for the thoughts Gwyn! Through God all things are possible. I am just learning to trust him and it's not as easy at times as I would like but one minute, one hour, one day at a time I guess. Good luck to you too-I have faith in you.

I am new here, too. It is so nice to find new sisters in Christ who are determined to make their bodies a living sacrifice.

Ellie's Mom-It is wonderful to have friends with faith. I have explored so many threads in all of the forums but I like to think my faith more than anything will get me through this journey. I haven't posted much recently (not since the day i joined actually I think) but I check everyday just to see what's new. Good luck to you on your journey. Keep in touch too because support from each other will keep us all going.
