I think I know the answer to this...but thought I would ask anyway. I wondered if Qdoba was ok on phase one...in a bowl (no shell or tortilla) and no rice. But I am looking at their site and the adobo seasoning they use on all of their meat has the following ingredients:
chilli pepper
salt
modified food starch
corn syrup solids
sugar
cornstarch
sodium phosphate
and a few more....Should it be skipped?
