Joined WW today 4-5-07

    Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. This is my third time joining WW (I'll be doing the flex plan) and this time I am actually going to stick with it and be successful. I look forward to chatting with everyone and learning new ideas on how to move forward with this losing weight process. Have a great evening!

    I joined WW on Monday. I did it online a few years ago and decided that going to the center and being weighed and around others will probably motivate me to stay on my path to getting healthy. I'm going to go explore these boards, I'm sure I'll be seeing ya around.
  • Congrats JazzyNurse and Catsgetnhealthy for joining WW again. I started back 2 weeks ago for the millionth time I believe. The program only works if you work the program right. This time I plan on working the A** out of it...LOL

  • Joined Again myself for the 3rd time!!! 3Rd time is gonna be MY CHARM!!!!
    I am going to stick w/ it, and as Nibs said work the A** out of it!!!
    I am on my 2nd wk, last week I lost 4.6.
    It seemed like before WW I was losing the same 2lbs and gaining them back each wk! So I am excited about the program. I am working hard this time around!

    Awesome job on losing Amy!! And Kim I too plan on working this!! It's just different this time around. I guess not so much as dieting as it is just changing my life, my habits for the better.

    I've started WW so many times I lost count. It is all about changing your life. For me it's been a bit of a tough process. Good luck all you newbies and returning members. Come join us in some of the daily threads. Find one you like and chime in. There's lots of support and info in them. We consider them our daily mini meetings. WELCOME AGAIN!
  • Thanks for the warm welcome! Here I am in day two and so far so good.
    I just printed off about 30 WW recipes and am going to make my own recipe book. It's all about planning and having the food on hand because eating out is my weakness. Good luck to everyone on this journey!
