I am refineing my plan and even started using my exercise coupons today. I made myself 5 minute coupons to keep track of exercise. It is much easier for me right now to do 5 minutes at a time. I know the coupons sound silly but it was a tip I read about and I thought it was worth a try. I will try almost anything once if I think there is a chance it will help.
Gotta go. Boards are always slow on the weekend and that is really the way it should be. You should be out there with family and friends enjoying life. Life is too short to waste. That is why i am determined to get this weight off.
