I'm Trish, and trying at my 3rd SBD attempt
THIS time I'm doing it.I have 4 kids, 3 boys and 1 baby girl. I'm trying to do this diet, without looking at it as a diet. I struggle with getting back into my eating disorder ways, so I figure this is the best way to avoid that. Having an eating plan is what is going to help me. I'd love to meet new friends,
get tips and recipes and support and encouragement. My biggest struggle is the NO SUGAR part, and I'm in my first full day of it
I find it difficult to stay motivated, I'm easily drawn away from things, but I'm hoping by signing up with you all, I will find the support I'll need to keep on with my weght loss goals. I'm tired of being a fat girl! My kids deserve better and I want to lead a good example for them, especially my daughter, with healthy eating and healthy habits, not to mention, a healthy weight.
I'm currently a member of CURVES (am I allowed to say that?!) and when I get off my lazy butt and get there I feel great about it. I'm also working on going every day, but right now, I'm working on getting there at least 3 days a week..
