In addition to all the great advice here, walk! Put on your sneakers and walk out the door and go go go! Robin, the water helps me tremendously. Unbeleivably so, in fact! THen when I go for a walk (via treadmill or outdoors, though I enjoy the outdoors walk so much more) I am good after! The hunger passes, the spirits are lifted , and it just creates one great feeling and reinforces the whole rest of the plan. Modkitten, go for it! Plan your meals for a few nights in advance and all else mentioned and remember............just one good day again under your belt will have you feeling so much better! Tommorow is a new day, wake up with boozooka in hand and blast away all those negative thoughts and march forward to a great day!
