I think you should concentrate on eating 3 meals and two (maybe three) snacks per day. Eat good foods - think lots of veggies, some fruites, whole grains and less bad foods.
Drink at least 64 ounces of water per day.
Take a multivitamin (if you aren't already).
And finally, start an exercise routine. I know, I know, but you're already tired. Try something that is not going to be too hard to start with. I recommend Leslie Sansome's Walk Away The Pounds videos. They are a good starting point. You'll sweat and you'll get a work out, and you'll probably feel better afterwards. Maybe not the first day, but soon.
