Hey everyone, ive been doing the south beach diet for 2 days now, and I was just wondering if what I was eating was okay??
Breakfast- 2 eggs, 2 piece of turkey bacon and cup of coffee with 2 splendas
Lunch- Basic Salad with cucumbers and mushrooms
Snack- String cheese
Dinner-Skinless chicken breast with spinnach
Thats what ive been eating for the last 2 days with alot of water, and yesterdays exersize was 5 miles on the bike, today Im going out to run when sun goes down.

Stacie! Your eating plan looks fine, but what are you using for dressing on your salad? Make sure it is SBD friendly with no more than 3 grams of sugar in it. Also, make sure you are eating at least 4 1/2 cups of vegetables. Join us in our daily chat, too.
HIya Stacie! Welcome... Cottage is right, gotta watch all those little things we take for granted... those spritzers are wonderful! There's one gram of sugar per 10 sprays...!!! Make sure you get in enough dairy too...!
