Fat Smashers Weekly Weigh In~ 4/2-4/8

  • I had a horrible week so I haven't let myself weigh in.

    How did everyone else do?
  • Down 1 lb. I need to lose the weight I lost the first time I did phase 1. I can't wait for the new book, I hope it comes in the mail soon.
  • Sbebs01 - you are NOT allowed to give yourself a hard time. Not after all your hard work and success!

    A week off is probably just what you need - just have a plan to get back. Any event-based diet has been hard for me because I hit the event and then reward myself and then never get back on plan. As long as you can re-focus with a longer-term (less hardcore) goal, you will be back to losing in no time!

    Oh - and since this is the weigh-in thread, I lost 2.5. Take that, stupid plateau!
