I am having the same issue. I had this number "4" in my head for the weigh-in and when it was less than I hoped, I was disappointed! I wish I could cut out the negative self-talk and just embrace the slow loss. My brain keeps saying things like, it's not even working anyway...might as well go to DQ for some onion rings

But yeah I guess it's partly because at least for me, I was so sedentary and ate so much unhealthy crap before, that with the lower cal, clean eating, AND the exercising, I expect weight just to fall off..fast..But Jillybean, you are right. A gain of 3 would be bad, and a "big" gain, so a loss of 3 should be considered a big loss as well..lol and any loss is a happy loss..lol
