The ONE reason I'm staying on plan today!- April

  • New month, new thread, doncha think!!

    SOP today because I've been fairly good but the scale hasn't moved, so now I have to be extremely good to make the scale move
  • I'm SOP because I've finally lost that one pound I gained during this journey. I feel great that it finally left me!
  • Staying OP because the scale is on it's way downward and I want to continue to see those numbers drop!!!
  • I was doing so well, but then I went to a divine breakfast buffet and my calories at the end of the day were around 2300!!!!! So, it was quite a blow out, and I need to be diligent today and the rest of the week... I have 5 weeks till goal, and I plan to make it!
  • I'm staying on plan today because I have become too lax and making too many exceptions. And because yesterday I ate everything in my house. I haven't had a perfect day in quite a while--today will be the day.

    Because I could have written that. I'm not going to go lower if I'm off plan just as often as I am. When I go off plan I eat around 2,500 calories which ends up completely negating my on plan days. In March I lost the grand total of 1.8lbs because of "making too many exceptions". That's totally rubbish.

    SOP today because I need to complete day 1 to string together days 10,11,12 etc. April's going to be my month
  • I am staying on plan today because...well...why not? I am happy on plan so why go off?

    And I feel like I am off my 140 mental barricade and need to ride this rollercoaster DOWN for awhile before it gets tough again.
  • Because going to the gym feels so good when I'm done.
  • Because I was off plan (at least in terms of food--did great in terms of exercise) all last week while I was on vacation and it's time to get back on track.

  • Because if I'm so ruddy stubborn about everything else, why can't I be stubborn about food?!?! GRRRUFF.
  • I will SOP today because I consider today to be the first official day of my trying to reach my weight loss goal, and I don't want to go off-plan on my first day.
  • I'm SOP today because because! Just because!
  • I'm SOP not because my clothes are looser or that I'm starting to see changes, but because I wake up in the morning and don't feel tired and flabby. YEAH!
  • Staying OP today because I was so perfectly OP yesterday and I want to see the scale budge tomorrow morning!
  • I am staying on plan because I just bought a size smaller underwear and the old baggy granny panties are going away !
