1/2 c. non-fat plain yogurt
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. fresh dill
1 shallot
fresh veggies
Scoop yogurt into a bowl.
Finely mince shallots. Add shallots, dill, and mustard to yogurt. Mix until blended.
Serve with the veggies.
No offense, but this is DISGUSTING! Shallots mixed with dijon mayonaise over powers everything to the point where you gag and cough cuz it is way to potent. If you want onion, I'd suggest, a normal one just a little, no dijon, if you choose to have it cut it down to like a half a teaspoon. Add some garlic salt, and some pepper with the dill, some ranch seasoning and a tad bit of lemon.
Interesting combination?!
