
today i hit the gym (no damage) it was hard work and i wanted to turn around and go home but i stayed!! i did 18 min on the treadmill for 200/cal i ran for 2 sets of 6 min!!! wow was i impressed!!! tomorow i will try for 3. then i hit the eliptical for 28 min and burned 400 cals my goal fir this week (and next) is to burn 600 daily except for one day off.

hope not but I am cleaning the toy room and lugged 3 bags of garbage out and 4 containers of toys to the basement...does that count? Got to make room for my craft crap hahahahahahahahaha!
