They don't offer a way to add up the components individually, plus they don't differentiate between Italian and wheat bread.
I don't get vegetables on my sandwich -- I know, I know, but I love plain sandwiches, so that changes the nutritional values right away. Plus, I know that wheat bread has more fiber than Italian (because they offer stats for the bread alone).
Basically, I can get precise info for the bread and the cheese, but not for the meat itself.
Anyone know where I can get more specific info, or should I just drop the superficial nature of this whole thing?
