Ok, I have been doing WW from home for 3 weeks. I read/was told/etc. that the snack bags of microwave popcorn are 1 point. I just did the math and it looks to me like Pop Secret Homestyle Snack Size Bags are FIVE POINTS. Can that be right?! FIVE POINTS for a SNACK SIZE BAG?!

Pop Secret reads that each bag makes 6 cups and 1 cup has 35 cal; 2.5 fat; less than 1g of fiber.

Hmmm... sounds a little off to me too. Does a small bag (snack) really hold 6 cups??? Sure doesn't seem like 6 cups to me. I don't have any here or I'd check for you.

First off all the 94% fat free bags are ~1 point (a bit more than a point but it rounds down but I always count them as 2) but the regular popcorn is about 4-5 for the whole bag.

Yes the snack sizes do make 6 cups.

Don't know about Pop Secret; but the mini bags of Orville Reddenbaucher's Smart Pop are one of the infamous 100 calorie snacks. Each bag says it weighs 31 grams unpopped and says it makes 6 cups popped -- 1 gram fat; 19 grams carb; (4 grams fibre); 3 grams protein. Don't know how many points that would be, but it is definitely less the 1/2 of the calories of the Pop Secret kind you are quoting. Suggest you might want to change brands.
