Enjoying Weight Loss CD's by Roberta Temes

I saw these advertised on another website..Dotties Weight Loss Zone or something like that....and I was wondering if anyone had tried them. I think they are also advertised on hypnosisnetwork.com
I have to drive alot with my job and thought maybe something like this would be good to listen to

I think Dotti had good success with hypnosis. Some of our members have also reported success with hypnosis, though I don't recall those specific CDs being mentioned. Other members have said it did nothing for them. Hypnosis is one of those things that doesn't work for everyone. Either it does or it doesn't, lol. It's worth a try if you are interested

I have a hypnosis CD (somewhere). Unfortunately, I don't listen to it. I think specifically they say not to listen to them in the car though!
