is any one else running the race for life for cancer research uk?
i will be running in Hereford

i am using this race as a warm up for the half marathon i am running in cardiff in october

Yeah I'm doing Battersea which is the first race, then the one in Watford with a girlie from work. I am trying to get her the running bug, but we have both been pretty bad at going to the gym recently!

I'm not. They're not doing the one in my local park this year, and I don't fancy travelling much further than that for a 5k. Still, it's a fantastic excuse to get out there and run so good luck to everyone who is doing it!
