I was really excited when I stepped on the scale today. I've officially lost 100 pounds from when I started. I just really wanted to come share this with all of you because it wouldn't have been possible without the help and support on 3FC.

You deserve something special. You should go out and buy yourself a new outfit or get a pedicure or a massage. You have done AMAZINGLY!!! Great job!
