    s-egg omlette, ww toast, (dry) cheese, skim milk

  • Breakfast: The Vickie Special - one serving of shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim equal

    Lunch: Shower food - I'll be as good as I can and drink water through the whole thing

    Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl

    Snack: Core Frosty made with skim
