Help I left my points book at home...

  • I have to eat out at a friends tonight. She's serving lemon chicken, white rice and peas/corn. Please if someone could give me the points value and serving sizes it would be much appreciated. I am so new to WW I just don't have this all memorized yet......

    Chicken - 1oz = 1pt
    Rice - 1 cup is usually 3-4pts (but check the box - bring your poinstfinder!)
    Peas - 1/2 cup = 1pt
    Corn - 1 cup = 2pts

    Good luck!! That is a well rounded dinner and I am sure you will do fine.

    Isn't it great that Tara figured this out for you? The terrific thing about WW is that you can go to friend's houses for dinner and stay OP. Aren't you smart to ask about points *before* eating them?
