  • Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran, double serving of peaches, skim, equal

    Lunch: LO lemon garlic chicken and mushroom barley risotto

    Snack: Large Navel Orange

    Dinner: Mixed field greens salad with balsamic vinagrette (healthy oil), Probably ww pasta and marinara, double serving of fresh green beans with smart balance light (2 points)

    Snack: Some kind of smoothie or a lemon cheesecake mousse

    rye bread sandwich, tomato, cheese slices, grape juice (vickie I found a pure juice no sugar added made by welchs, its high in calories so I have about 3 oz a day)

    salmon, wildrice mixture, green beans, skim milk
