Planning for Thursday

  • Man!!!! I'm on a roll!!!

    B - raisin bran, milk

    s - banana, packet of oatmeal

    l - mexican lasagna, yogurt

    s - fiber one bar, grapes

    d - chicken breast, rice, tomato & avocado salad change of plans chicken w/ marinara sauce and parm cheese, cheesy mashed potatoes, salad.

    w - 2L
    e - 45 min @ gym cardio or 40 min @ home cardio/strength
  • b- EAS carb control shake
    s- whole wheat pita with hummus and sliced bell pepper
    l- sushi
    s- ff yogurt and strawberries
    d- miso marinated flank steak, stir fried enoki and shi-take mushrooms, tofu dressed with ponzu and sliced scallions, miso soup with green onion & wakame seaweed, white sticky rice

    B - 1 cup skim milk
    1 packet prepared oatmeal (maple and brown sugar)

    L - 1 cup ff plain yogurt + 1/4 cup raisins
    1 bagel
    1 cream cheese packet thing

    S - 1 cup tuna salad and macaroni

    D - 1 cup 3 bean salad
    1 fillet of tilapia, grilled

    All that came out to 2053 calories for the day. That bagel killed me. *sighage*

    S - Yogurt, carrots
    L - Chicken, salad, 1tbsp dressing, 1/2 cup oatmeal, apple
    S - 2 rice cakes, 1 tbsp PB
    D - ? (NOT chicken. Tired of chicken.)

    W: 3L

    E: 45 min cardio
  • Sunni, about how many calories do you eat daily? Curious because it doesn't look like much food!

    B* Large orange, coffee w/half and half and sugar
    S* Pine nuts and grapes
    L* Tomato soup
    D* 4-grain rice w/grilled chicken and steamed veggies

    Exercise: 60 mins cardio
    Water: 3L

    D~grilled Cubano sandwich with carrots, celery and pea pods to dip in low fat dip

    Hey Katy, I eat about 1500 cals a day. I allow 300 cals for snacking.
  • I haven't had an appetite lately, most likely due to TOM. I'm lucky if I can get passed 1000 calories.

    B: Espresso w/ nonfat milk, english muffin w/ .5tbsp butter, 1.5 cup cheerios w/ nonfat milk
    S: Yogurt
    L: Chicken and shrimp lo mein
    S: TJ Celery w/ PB
    D: WW Turkey sandwich w/ 1tbsp mayo, lettuce, tomato or something else quick

    E: 1hr Bhangra, 30 min yoga
    W: 4L

    B- natural yogurt; pita with lunch meat and hummus
    S- had a latte, boss brought it for me... so I am assuming full fat, haha and now I am having a cup of coffee
    L- noodles, celery, peas, clams, mushrooms... all mixed up
    S- orange and celery? i dunno i have enough for two snacks, so I will just eat whatever wont be good for tomorrow
    D- yah i dunno
    W- 4L
    E- did 35 min

    and I am going to not count today! or try not to, i feel guilty with the whole no couting
