Planning Thursday March 22

  • Yesterday went exactly as planned

    B: SF Instant Oatmeal
    L: Pull pork sandwich (2 slices wheat bread, pork, bbq sauce, banana pepper); carrots
    D: My sister and I are going out to my favorite Mexican restaurant. I知 not sure I normally get the chicken taco salad and then not eat the fried shell but I might go for a change and get soft tacos or something else. I値l try to pick something not to bad for me. AND I WILL AVOID THE CHIP BASKET!!!
    S:??? It depends if I知 hungry if anything it will be something light.

    WO: Walking to and from school 1.2 miles; crunches; I might add an extra run on my treadmill because I知 going to be stressed from school.

    Water: 3-4 liters.
  • B: Coffee with SF Cream and Skim Milk
    S: String Cheese LF
    L: SB Pizza
    S: Slimfast Shake
    D: Grilled Salmon, w/some kind of side

    WO: c25k run wk 3, 50 crunches, 100 jacks and 10 flights.
