  • B: 1 C Kashi, 1/2 C nf milk, 1 banana (292 cals)

    L: 1 serving of chilaquiles (290 cals)

    D: 1 wheat pita, 1/4 C pizza sauce, 1/3 C rf mozzarella, 1/2 C spinach, 8 slices turkey pepperoni (310 cals), green salad w/ vinaigrette (60 cal)

    S: Smoothie - 1/4 C strawberries, 1/4 of a banana, 1/4 C raspberries, 1/4 C blueberries, 1/4 C nf milk, 1/4 C nf frozen yogurt (139 cal)

    S: 1 light babybel cheese (50 cal), 5 wheat crackers (80 cal)

    Total: 1221

    These are a couple new recipes I tried out and they were really good. The smoothie especially was really filling. I got the Juan Carlos-Cruz cookbook and I can't wait to try out a new recipe next week!!
