Weatherspoons that is!

They have just added a nutritional calculator to their website. You can choose which meal you are going to eat and check out the number of calories etc. Most surprising was that the apple pie with custard was lower than the cheesecake..... And the chocolate ice cream bombe was the lowest of the desserts (apart from the fruit salad!)

I'm just checking out the chicken alfredo with garlic bread - 1500kcals!!!! WOOOOO! I think we will be eating out at spoonies a LOT more, especially now that 111 out of their 650 pubs are completely non-smoking

Umm cheap alcohol? That's a good reason. The nutritional calculator has been there for a while it's fun to play with. Being common (and poor) I do like wetherspoons.

me too. they are good for value but as there is always loads of customers there's quite a long wait. i can remeber queing up one friday night with my mate and we were queing for 4o mins beforegiving up and going flares.

yeah lol. everytime i hear anything remotly disco i turn into flares mode and boogie lol. im going to have to go again once ive lost my weight i am only 19 and should be out there everynight !!!

i dont get to eat out that often. ive only eaten there twice and i had the club sandwitch if anyone knows how many kals are in that?
