  • I changed dinner because when I went to skin the chicken thighs this morning before putting them in the crockpot they were still frozen. I'll make that tomorrow instead.

    B: SF Instant Oatmeal
    L: Pork Sandwich (2 slice wheat bread, pork loin, bbq sacue); grapes
    D: Baked Chicken Leg (drumbstick and thigh) skinless, mixed vegetables, mashed potatos (made with skim milk)
    S: Chocolate rice cake and cool whip; something else not sure yet

    WO: Walking to and from school 1.2 miles

    Water: 3-4 Liters
  • B: oats, berries, milk, protein powder
    S: pear, veggies (carrots, cucumber, snow peas)
    L: salad and apple
    D: vegetable soup with toast and cottage cheese, broccoli and cheese slice
    S: orange
