Lunch: greek salad w/olive oil dressing
Snack: 2 granola bars, fresh strawberries
Dinner: LO chicken, broccoli, spaghetti squash

L: 4 ounces extra lean beef, with ff cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, lf sour cream (not core)
D: 4 ounces roast beef, salad with hard boiled egg and red kidney beans
Snack: apple; 8 almonds
