Hello everyone. Im new to the site and hoping to find much needed encouragement and motivation. I have struggled with mommy weight for well over 2 years and notice the effect it's had on my daily life. I used to be so confident in myself and my appearance, and sadly that has all gone down the drain. I am ready for a change and ready to get back to the girl who once held her head high!
There seems to be so much support and great advice on the site and I hope to be able to incorporate that into my new path!
